🤗 Chapter 1: Mindset & Values
Learn the 3 principles that will help you live with purpose, be confident and maintain a winning streak on the long run.
We will help you discover the core values that will help drive your life and career.
🧠 Chapter 2: People-centric Communication
A problem is a problem because a person or a group of people perceive it as such. Therefore, the quickest way to solve a problem is to understand how it is affecting the people.
We will teach you how to communicate in a way that will open people’s hearts so you can quickly identify the core problem and build an effective solution.
Following the Pareto Principle, 80% of an outcome (problem or solution) is driven by 20% of inputs.
Therefore, to identify a core problem, you must learn how to breakdown your thoughts in a logical sequence. We will teach you how to do this.
🧠 Chapter 3: Logical Thinking
A good solution starts by clearly defining the problem and the S-C-Q framework can help you find it.
The MECE framework is useful when setting a hypothetical answer and identifying the conditions that would make it true.
You can draw an Issue Tree to break down key questions in a logical MECE structure which will then allow you to better prioritize issues.
Learn how to add quantitative structure to your logical MECE framework by leveraging guesstimation.
Synthesis helps you tie in together all the relevant information collected thus far in a few key points and helps guide next steps.
The MAKEVALUE Program will help make customized problem statements in lines with the sutdent’s interests.
📄 Perk 1: Resume & Interview Prep
MAKEVALUE will advise you on how to structure a logical and powerful resume that will help you stand out in a sea of applicatoins.
Once you have passed the resume screening, all that is left between you and your dream job are the interview rounds. MAKEVALUE will teach you the skills required to stay confident and crack any interview.
If the candidate successfuly completes the program and passes the final assignment, both the mentor and MAKEVALUE program curator will write a letter of recommendation for the student.
